Miniaturised Iconic Red Bus Wows Londoners As Peyton Reed’s Ant-Man and The Wasp from Marvel Studios Rolls into Cinemas Today
London crowds were left buzzing this week as a miniaturised, fully-driveable red London bus passed by, in honour of the release of Marvel Studios’ ANT-MAN AND THE WASP, in cinemas today.
ANT-MAN AND THE WASP stars Paul Rudd as Ant-Man and Evangeline Lilly as The Wasp, with Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym whose ‘Pym particles’ make it possible to shrink and enlarge any object – much like the “shrunken” bus that left Londoners in awe.
The two-seater miniature bus was created by modifying a tandem mobility scooter
Maximum speed of 8mph (4mph on pavements)
Dimensions: 2.5m in length x 1.5m height x 70cm width
Features Ant-Man and The Wasp branding in the style of real bus-side ads
Number plate is ‘4NT MAN’
The bus took 4 weeks to build and was created by Basildon-based Sculpture Studios
