With Great Costumes Comes Great Responsibility: Get into the Halloween Spirit with Awesome Costumes from Morphsuits

Wear with pride, relish being the centre of attention and Morph on!

With Halloween just around the corner, our friends at Morphsuits kindly sent The Fan Carpet two costumes from their ever popular Marvel line; Spider-Man and Carnage.

I’ll get right to it, these costumes are incredibly comfortable, one thing I will say though, there is no need to wear socks in the costumes, depending on the thickness of the socks, it could hinder the Morphsuits from fitting correctly (that was my experience, but it was likely me just being over excited and not suiting up correctly).

But back to the suits themselves, as this is a Halloween tie in, I put on Carnage first and it looks and feels fantastic, I think it is comic book accurate and the distinct colour scheme and design of the character comes through.

The fingers are pointy and claw like, bringing to life the out of this world nature of the classic Symbiote from Marvel Comics. The claws are not hard (so there is no risk of injuring yourself or others whilst dancing and having fun).

Fulfilling a childhood fantasy, I donned the Spider-Man costume and right off the bat, the form fitting nature of the costume is apparent and again, it is comic book accurate, the colours are vibrant and you honestly feel like Spider-Man in the costume (not that you’ll want to run out and fight crime, but it looks and feels the part!) it’s awesome!

The masks of both Spider-Man and Carnage are part of the suit, the suits are one piece. The comfortability of the Morphsuits is important, and I can definitely see myself wearing either of these on a night out to a costume party and be completely comfortable throughout.
