Louise Thompson and Ryan Libbey Q&A:

What appealed to you about a visit to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida?

LT: "I’ve never been to any of the Disney parks with a boyfriend before. I’ve been with family and also with a girlfriend but I wanted to experience it with Ryan! He loves Disney a lot, so I just wanted to see the look on his face when we did all the attractions. The scale of things at Walt Disney World in Florida is next level, so there are so many areas to explore. I wanted to check out the famous Epcot, as well as other unique experiences such as the amphicars at Disney Springs, the nightly fireworks displays and the Kilimanjaro Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom. There is something for everyone, including luxurious accommodation and amazing restaurants that accommodate to our healthy lifestyle."

RL: I went to DisneyLand Paris when I was much younger for a surprise birthday trip! I had the best time and fell in love with Disney. I’ve always wanted to go back, or one better, come to Walt Disney World in Florida.

What have been your highlights from your stay at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida?

LT: I have a couple of highlights. I loved the new Flight of Passage in Pandora – The World of Avatar, the Festival of Fantasy Parade and the Kilimanjaro Safari.

RL: A few rides that have had the most impact for me were Flight of Passage, Soarin’ Around the World and Tower of Terror. I would absolutely return in the future.

What is your favourite Disney character and Disney film, and why?

LT: My favourite old movies are The Aristocats and The Little Mermaid. My favourite new movies are Inside Out and Zootropolis. They are always on in the background at home. My favourite characters from any movie are Olaf from Frozen because he is just the most happy, innocent snowman EVER and he has the funniest voice. But I REALLY love the baddies. So I love Ursula from the little mermaid and also jafar and Cruella de Vil.

RL: The Lion King has always been my all-time favourite Disney movie. The soundtracks and the moral principles behind the story are magnificent. More recently, I’ve become a huge fan of Frozen and Moana.

Which Disney Character would you say you are most like and why?

LT: Alice from Alice and Wonderland. Because I’m very curious.

RL: Gaston from Beauty & The Beast. He has big muscles and a strong jaw line, and I do eat 12 dozen eggs to help me to get large!

What advice would you give Disney fans to help inspire them to lead a healthy lifestyle?

LT: Appreciate an active lifestyle and any chance to get moving and active, take it. Avoid being sedentary.

What is your top summer fitness tip to help readers to get beach ready and are there any health trends you have your eye on right now?

LT: For me I’m generally fit year round and then the week before I go away I might try and cut out carbs/sugar so that I tighten up. Although if I’m working out a lot I will burn through calories for a few days after so I allow myself to eat whatever I want because it will make NO difference to my body. My main mantra is eating when I’m hungry and sticking with that so I don’t eat for the sake of it anymore. I will normally have two very large meals a day but not three because that is what works best for me and gets me through the day with a lot of energy. My personal favourite trend right now is sober socialising!

RL: To get beach ready; reduce carbs, increase cardio training sessions, increase reps during weights sessions, decrease weights used.

Has the birth of Binky & JP's baby India inspired any conversations between you about having a child one day too?

LT: We talk about having a family often. I would like to have at least three children! But I still have a few things I need to tick off my bucket list first.

RL: Of course. Louise and I would love to have a family together one day. We both want to take each step, moving in together was the first hurdle. Marriage would be next, then we can talk about baby Ryans.

Are JP & Binky are a good mum and dad - what have you been most impressed about so far by the pair’s parenting skills?

LT: It suits them very well. They seem the happiest i’ve ever seen them, they are incredibly doting and loving parents. What more could a baby want?!

RL: They are wonderful parents.

Have you ever had to change a nappy before and if not how do you think you will get on / what kind of parents do you think you will be?

LT: I haven’t changed a nappy. I’m sure it is something you just have to get on with. I’m not looking forward to it. I am a control freak so I imagine I will be very hands on, but at the same time Ryan is incredibly paternal, so I will leave the tough tasks to him, hahahahaha. Plus I am 1000000% NOT against having a nanny.

RL: I’ve never had to do it before, the idea of changing someone else's baby doesn't quite grab me, Im sure it’s very different when its your own baby. I can’t imagine it would phase me at all.
