Fundraiser for no-budget indie crime drama DRAGONFLIES ONLY LIVE FOR 24 HOURS by Richard Anthony Dunford Launches on KickStarter

This crowdfunding campaign has launched to raise money for a premiere cast & crew screening and to enter DRAGONFLIES ONLY LIVE FOR 24 HOURS into lots of film festivals around the world.

In DRAGONFLIES ONLY LIVE FOR 24 HOURS, two ambitious detectives go on a stakeout after they receive an anonymous tip-off over a potential drug ring midnight exchange. The film jumps back and forth between this present day storyline and seeing how they rose through the ranks in their police careers.

DRAGONFLIES ONLY LIVE FOR 24 HOURS is a self-funded no-budget DIY independent crime drama feature film made with a skeleton crew of professionally trained crew volunteering in their spare time and a host of emerging undiscovered acting talent. We were fortunate to get the support from lots of local businesses in the South Coast for various locations and props.

Almost everyone on the project gave up their time for nothing but petrol money so they’d love the opportunity to give them a chance to see their hard work on the big screen.

DRAGONFLIES ONLY LIVE FOR 24 HOURS won’t made for profit but purely for the love of storytelling and the hope it can get the actors and filmmakers noticed and lead onto bigger things. That’s why they want to enter the finished piece into as many film festivals as possible and get DRAGONFLIES ONLY LIVE FOR 24 HOURS out there to the audience.
