SYNOPSIS
This musical, Mamma Mia is a feel good love story sees Sophie Sheridan (Amanda Seyfried) about to marry the man of her dreams, Sky (Dominic Cooper, History Boys) on the idyllic Greek island on which she lives with her mother Donna (Meryl Streep, Devil Wears Prada) … but there is one thing missing. Sophie has never known her father and she is determined to have him there to give her away. But we cry…Does your mother know?
Finding to her amazement that there are three potential fathers in the mix, Sophie does what any sensible Super Trouper would do – invite them all to her wedding! It’s a big gamble but sometimes the winner takes it all.
As the wedding party arrive on the island, a magical and chaotic 24 hours ensue as new love blooms and old romances are rekindled as Sophie attempts to discover who her father is and also make friendship that will last a lifetime…
