Who will be Spider-Man’s Black Cat?

Yet another actress has turned down the chance to play Spider-Man's arch nemesis.
Anne Hathaway is the latest starlet to be linked to the role of Black-Cat in Spider-Man 4.
However, a spokesperson for the actress dismissed the rumours, saying, "There are no negotiations underway."
The news follows similar denials by Rachel McAdams - who was first linked to the part of the cat burglar who can grant bad luck to anyone who crosses her path.
Julia Stiles is the latest actress to be linked.
We wonder how long it takes for her to issue a denial?
