SERENITY, from Academy Award® nominated writer and director Steven Knight (LOCKE), Academy Award® winning producer Greg Shapiro (ZERO DARK THIRTY, THE HURT LOCKER) and starring Academy Award® winning actors Matthew McConaughey (INTERSTELLAR, DALLAS BUYERS CLUB), Anne Hathaway (LES MISÉRABLES), Jason Clarke (MUDBOUND) and the Academy Award® nominated Diane Lane (UNFAITHFUL). SERENITY will be released in UK and Irish cinemas and on Sky Cinema in Spring 2019.

SERENITY tells a mysterious tale of a fishing boat captain whose past is about to crash up against his life on a small island in the Caribbean and ensnare him in a new reality that might not be all it seems to be.

SERENITY is the latest film in SKY CINEMA’s SKY ORIGINALS releases which will see it released simultaneously in cinemas across the UK and Ireland.
