Ridley Scott says it would be amusing to have Harrison Ford in the sequel to Blade Runner
His eagerly awaited sci-fi Prometheus is just days away from release and legendary British director Ridley Scott has said that Harrison Ford is likely to appear in his Blade Runner sequel.
The three time Oscar nominated Alien director tells The Independent that the star of the cult sci-fi film is wanted for a guest role but not as a star in the new film revealing "I don't think it'll be Harry starring, but I've got to have him in it somewhere. That'd be amusing."
Reports suggest that the film will be a follow up will be a sequel rather than a prequel and that it will centre around a female protagonist and Ford has long been rumoured to be involved in some capacity in the film.
Ford was last seen in Cowboys & Aliens and is currently working on Brian Helgeland's 42 and Gavin Hood's Ender's Game with Sir Ben Kingsley.
