Michael Bay Producing Gideon’s Sword

Michael Bay is on a book to film adapting rampage at present, he's producing the D.J. Caruso directed 'I Am Number Four' under his Bay Films, and now he's set to bring Gideon’s Sword to the silver screen.
Paramount has optioned the upcoming Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child novel, there aren't any details of the story yet, but given that the authors’ previous collaborations focus on horror and technology, and with that title, we’d guess at some sort of fantasy blend.
