Lauren Graham set to Scream
It is reported that Gilmore Girls legend Lauren Graham, who also starred alongside Billy Bob Thornton in 'Bad Santa' has landed the role of the mother of Emma Roberts's Jill Kessler.
Last month it was reported that Emma would be the lead character joining Neve Campbell, David Arquette, and Courteney Cox in Scream 4, the long awaited fourth installment to the popular horror franchise.
Details about the new installment of Scream are being kept secret, but it has been revealed that the backdrop of the film will be several years after the last.
Rounding out the cast are Hayden Panetierre as Jill's best friend, Rory Culkin as a friend and potential love-interest, and Lake Bell is Deputy Judy Hicks, a police officer, former school contemporary of Sydney's and big fan of David Arquette's Dewey.
Scream 4 is out in 2011.
