About F Cancer
FCancer is dedicated to the prevention and early detection of cancer; it is a movement that creates a raw and authentic space by harnessing the cumulative experience of their community, Generation Connected. Gen-C is defined by a behavior rather than a birthdate, they consume digital content as their main source of information and may span across traditional generations. With wit, edge, and humor, FCancer is changing the way people talk about cancer. Through digital media, programs and events, FCancer believes its community will be the generation that ultimately improves health outcomes. FCancer is a tax-exempt 501(c) 3 registered charity co-founded by Yael Cohen Braun and Julie Greenbaum. For more information, visit LetsFCancer.com or follow on social @letsfcancer.

Yael Cohen Braun and Julie Greenbaum announce the merger of their two entities, FCancer and F*ck Cancer, to form one unified non-profit. The two founders are dedicated to a joint mission in order to prevent and detect cancer plus empower their shared community, Generation Connected, to be the generation that ultimately improves health outcomes. FCancer aims to harness their cumulative experience to create further change and impact in the cancer space.

Since 2009, the two organisations have raised over $1.25 million towards cancer research and digital tools. A major part of the expansion includes a dynamic events model that will generate a self-sustaining revenue stream. These events will consist of large-scale parties that give young adults who have in any way been affected by the disease a completely unique bonding experience. These events, called FCE, will provide an opportunity for Gen C to feel a sense of ownership and unity and will help fund key programs.
