Alba explains film walk-out

30 January 2010

Jessica Alba has denied reports that she is unhappy with her new film after she was caught walking out of the screening.

Alba's new controversial film, The Killer Inside Me, has caused something of a stir since its Sundance debut on Sunday. The main talking point of the film features Alba's prostitute character getting brutally beat up by the local sheriff - played by Casey Affleck.

Alba was seen leaving during the screening of the film - leaving the media to speculate that she was not happy with the film's violent content.

However, her spokesperson has denied these claims.

He said, "This rumour is silly and not accurate at all. Jessica had seen the final version of the film just prior to coming to Sundance and was pleased with the outcome.

"She came in to support the film and the filmmakers by introducing the screening, which she did, and left right after to get home to her family in L.A., as planned."
