Among his feature film credits The Forgotten, Two Weeks Notice, Robot Stories, What Remains, as well as the upcoming Mr. Sadman. On television he portrayed Detective Kent Yoshihara on the acclaimed series, Third Watch, and Chaplain Lantz on the award winning CBS series, The Unit. His other episodic credits include The Office, Ghost Whisperer, The Sopranos, Monk, Chappelle’s Show, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Law & Order: Trial By Jury. Kang was born and raised in San Francisco, California and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science. He then moved back east and received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the A.R.T. Institute at Harvard University before pursuing his acting career. Kang is an avid skydiver and he is also currently training to obtain his certification as a technical scuba diver.
