Argentine-Anglo-American Actress and Model. Anya Taylor-Joy, the youngest of six children[citation needed], was born in Miami, Florida. Her mother is Anglo-Spanish and her father is Anglo-Argentine. Taylor-Joy had since lived between Argentina and the United Kingdom.
Her major breakthrough was her leading performance as Thomasin in Robert Eggers’ critically acclaimed horror film The Witch alongside Ralph Ineson and Kate Dickie, which saw Eggers win Best Director at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival.
